Users can request deletion of their Gingi Mart account using any of the following methods:

Option 1 – From the Mobile App

  1. Open the Gingi Mart app
  2. Go to Profile / Account Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Option 2 – Email Request

Send an email from your registered email address to:

Please include:

  • Your registered mobile number
  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name (optional)

2. What Happens After Your Request

Once your request is verified:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • You will lose access to:
    • Order history
    • Saved addresses
    • Wishlist
    • Wallet/reward points (if applicable)
    • Account preferences

Deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.


3. Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data may be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Delivery addresses
  • Profile information
  • Saved payment preferences
  • Wishlist and cart data
  • App usage data linked to your account
