Q – What is this website/app “Mera Sahar” for?

A – ”Mera Sahar” is an online shopping portal dedicated for the people of Sitamarhi for buying groceries and other daily usage domestic products. It is inspired for serving people of Sitamarhi to provide them top quality services which as limited to the big metro cities but we at “Mera Sahar” made it possible for people our city too.

Q – What items do you deliver?

A – We currently deliver wide range of all grocery/kirana products and other daily usage domestic products.

Q – Do we deliver fruits and vegetables in grocery items?

A – No, sadly we do not deliver fruits vegetables at this time, but it is in our planning, we are trying hard to make this possible for you, in near future this facility will be available soon

Q – In which areas your services are available?

A – Currently, due to limited resources we are serving in selected pin codes – 843301 and 843302 of Sitamarhi only, for more pin codes our services are coming soon please stay tuned with us.

Q – What is the timing of order and delivery?

A – There is no such timings for placing order. You can place order 24×7 by our website or app. We have delivery timings of 07:00 am to 07:00 pm, so if the order placed between this timing, the delivery will complete same day but if order placed after 07:00pm the order will be deliver next day

Q – How can we order the products?

Q – What information are necessarily required for registration?

A – Mobile number, email id, full name and full address with a proper pin code is compulsory for registration, make sure the information mentioned above is 100% true and mobile number and email id is in working condition so that it will ease the process for delivery.

Q – “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help” what does this mean while checkout?

A – This means that either the address and pin code has been entered wrong or we are currently not serving on that address and pin code

Delivery related FAQS

Q – What is the timing of delivery?

A – We deliver products from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm

Q – Is there any charge of delivery?

A – For the orders value of less than ₹ 200, ₹ 25 will be charged for delivery. For orders value of ₹ 200 or more, there is not any delivery charge.

Q – How can we track the order/delivery?

A – After placing the order successfully, the email will be provided with tracking you can track the order by using that tracking id and Email id or go to my order section by logging in on our website or app.

Payment and refund related FAQS

Q – What are the payment modes are available?

A – We accept both online and cash payments. In online method you can pay via Credit card, Debit/ATM card, NetBanking and other wallets. For cash payment you can opt COD (cash on delivery) in payment section

Q – Where we will get refund after cancellation?

A – The payment will be refunded in same source where the payment had been done after cancellation, for cash payment the payment will be refunded as cash and for online payment the refund will be reversed to source from where the payment had been done. The request of refund on alternate source will not be accepted

Q – How many days it will take to refund after cancellation/exchange?

A – In cash refund we will refund the cash same day to the user at the time of returning the product, for refund of online payment we refund amount same day as receive the returned product in case of return and in case of cancellation after product successfully cancelled, but it will take 3-7 working days to reflect the refund amount in your bank and credit card accounts depending on banks and credit cards

Q – Can we get refund amount as cash if payment done via online medium?

No, you can receive cash refund only in case of cash payment order only. For online payment we will not cash refund.

Cancellation /Return related FAQS

Q – Can we cancel the order?  

A – Yes, as we have “No question asked” policy for cancellation, so if you are not satisfied with the quality and freshness of product or for any other reason you can cancel the order anytime form placing the order to at the time of delivery.

Q – What is the time period in which cancel the order?

A – You can cancel the order anytime form placing the order to at the time of delivery. So, be sure and satisfy with the quality, freshness, price of the product then accept the delivery. After the delivery has been done successfully the order cannot be cancelled

Q – Can we cancel some items or the order and able to receive the delivery of remaining items of that order?

A – Yes, You can, if you wish to cancel some items of the order and want to deliver the remaining items of order to be delivered, we will deliver the remaining items of order with updated bill of remaining items. Please keep in mind that if or order has been placed of amount of ₹ 200 and above for that there will not be delivery charge but after cancellation of some items then if your order values goes down sum of ₹ 200 on updated bill then the delivery charge of ₹ 25 will  be charged form you.

Q – Can we return the order if we don’t like the product?

A – Yes, please be sure and satisfy with the quality, freshness, price of the product then accept the delivery, you are not satisfied with the product you can return the product at the time of delivery.

Q – Can we return the order after delivery?

A – No, you cannot return the product after delivery, so be sure and satisfy with the quality, freshness, price of the product then accept the delivery.
